Summer skill review: Practice and explanation pages — End of year (Grade 1)

Coming soon. This planned resource will help learners in grade 1 retrieve previously taught skills through short practice sessions with original, editable materials and separate teacher guidance.

The planned content covers previously taught reading comprehension, word analysis, writing conventions, and mathematics explicitly matched to Grade 1.

How it will work

1. Brief model and 4 guided tasks.
2. Six independent tasks.
3. Six new tasks requiring an explanation or representation.
4. Four transfer tasks and a concrete self-check.

A separate teacher companion is planned with prerequisites, teaching guidance, answers or worked examples, and support options.

This resource is in development. Student materials and the teacher guide will become available on this same page after the finished package has passed review. The planned content may be refined during production.
