Comparing fractions: Practice game (Grade 3)

Coming soon. This planned resource will help learners in grade 3 compare fractions using models, benchmarks, and reasoning with original, editable materials and separate teacher guidance.

The planned content covers same numerator/denominator, benchmarks, equivalent forms, explanation.

How it will work

1. An original simple board or sorting mat.
2. Twenty-four distinct prompt cards, four per page.
3. A response page.
4. Teacher rules for 2–4 players and an independent route.

A separate teacher companion is planned with prerequisites, teaching guidance, answers or worked examples, and support options.
