## How it will work

1. Twenty-four original movement or pause cards.
2. Four cards per page.
3. Six short sequences with seated and standing choices and a return-to-task cue.

A separate teacher companion is planned with prerequisites, teaching guidance, answers or worked examples, and support options.

This resource is in development. Student materials and the teacher guide will become available on this same page after the finished package has passed review. The planned content may be refined during production.
